I’m looking to move, but don’t know where to go!

My question is to find out WHERE you want to be, WHAT access do you need, and WHY are you moving?

The WHERE!

Where is an important question when I sit down at a client meeting, to figure out exactly where they are wanting to purchase their home. Whether this may be closer to family, friends or work. It is a valuable question for me to understand where to start your home search and narrow it down to save YOU time and energy.

The WHAT!

What is a question I ask when I ask them, What do you need access to?… Such as work location, stores, Dr. Offices or convenient road access.  I have been in several instances where we may find the perfect home for my buyer, but it doesn’t have the access to certain wants my buyer may need. In a fast paced society that we live in, TIME is essential. “I need to get from point A (home) to point B (Work or other activities) in a matter of a certain time and don’t want to sit in traffic, or be far from it.”

So I believe it is important to find The WHAT!

The WHY!

Most don’t understand why I ask “Why are you moving?” Many would just say that its rhetorical, “I just want an upgrade!” There is more to it than that, when I dig a little deeper into it, most would say they are either wanting a larger space, or downsizing. Why could also be that, their current home or place of residency doesn’t have certain things they are looking for now!

I would love the opportunity to ask you your WHERE, WHAT & WHY!
